The SKB with more than 35 years of outstanding senior manager's records in rearing and managing broiler breeder flocks in Jonoub Khorasan Broiler Breeder Complex with the capacity of 226 thousand birds and understanding the importance of breeder flocks in the chain of meat and table egg production, has initiated feed production for broiler and laying breeder flocks. Among other things, to strengthen and improve the plant’s biosecurity, it is designed and built in a way that it has been partitioned into two separate quarantine sectors ( 1-receiving and storing materials, 2-production process and feed outlet), equipping each section of the plant with car wash and disinfecting tunnel, imperatively taking shower and changing clothes for all personnel upon their arrival. Considering different methods of rearing and to take advantage of the maximum genetic potential of the birds, it is necessary to feed them with a balanced diet and appropriate particle sizes. Therefore, alongside the managerial and sanitary plans, it is vital to compile nutritional programmes to coordinate maximum production with nutrition. Given the fact that there exist differences in rearing conditions, production, climate, breed, …., the nutritionists and after-sales services team of the company are capable of preparing feeds commensurate with the species type as per customers’ orders.
